Linked Wellbeing provides financial wellness tools and content to help you understand and manage your finances. These terms apply to your use of the service.

Who the service is for

The service is offered to organisations (such as credit unions, employers, or other partners) who make it available to their members or employees.

When you use the service, you are an end-user of that organisation’s programme. Your use is also subject to any terms your organisation has with Linked Wellbeing.

Use of the service

You must use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

Data and privacy

How we collect, use and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. For business customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply; contact us for details.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
